Global IQX Appoints David Miller as Vice-President Business Development and Services

Former InSystems VP to drive Global IQX leadership

Ottawa, ON and Roanoke VA, July 25, 2006

Global IQX Inc., a leading software provider in business automation and business process management for the North American employee benefits industry, today announced the appointment of David Miller as Vice-President Business Development and Services. After an extensive interview and screening process, Mr. Miller was chosen as the ideal candidate because of his extensive experience in a number of senior business roles within the insurance technology industry, and his excellent record of success.

Mr. Miller, who holds a B.S in Finance and Insurance as well as an MBA, joins Global IQX with over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the insurance software industry. Prior to joining Global IQX, Mr. Miller was VP Industry Solutions at InSystems, and was instrumental in their success, leading to their acquisition by the Standard Register Corporation in July 2002. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller served in senior management capacities at two Property/Casualty insurance companies and recently as Director of Industry Solutions at E-Z Data.

Mr. Miller is a frequent presenter at industry meetings. He has served on the Life Forms Standards Committee at ACORD and the Communications and Technology committees at the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies. He is currently serving on the first working group developing standards for the Employee Benefits industry, an initiative jointly sponsored by the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers and ACORD.
