IQX Analytics and Reporting

Sales and services analytics allow carriers to measure and analyze sales and service metrics regularly enabling them to develop strategies to improve sales performance. Often, the most difficult set of metrics to inspect are those measuring activity. Using IQX Analytics and Reporting, resources can be freed to analyze and use data rather than process it. Sales and service activity can easily be tracked with follow-up reminders, task lists, and cycle tracking. Sales and service cycle tracking enables carriers and brokers alike to indicate progress by marking each case as pending, sold, in-force, etc. The solution enables administrators to search and create activity reports based on dates, group size, premiums or broker. These reports are not limited to sold cases, but give the carrier a true representation of all quoting activity.

By aligning quote list management with internal and external sales and services channels, carriers receive first hand knowledge of the number of quotes requested verses the number sold, the average number of alternatives quoted before a sale is made or lost and who the top performers are. Reports can be generated in real-time, with 'alerts' for incomplete or declined quotes reducing the number of dropped or lost leads. Marketing decisions are improved by identifying market trends based on quoting history. Distribution effectiveness is improved through the tracking of producer activity.

IQX Analytics and Reporting generates standard reports, including sales summary reports, quote-summary reports and distribution summary reports (by month and by state/province). Formats include monthly reports, quarterly reports, ad hoc reports, annual reports, roll-ups and statistical breakdowns. Data can be exported to Microsoft Excel and distributed to stakeholders by supporting PDF reporting, CSV, Post-Script, TIFF, XML, HTML, RTF (Word) and Excel.
