Built-in medical questionnaires offer a clear and frictionless method for plan members to apply for additional benefit options.
Upon submission, these questionnaires are automatically transferred to the IQX Individual Medical Underwriting component for underwriting approval.
The IQX API can show various health, risk and wearable scores to offer rating factors. For example, employees can connect their wearables, such as Fitbit, to receive discounts within the Employee Self-service Portal.
