Top 10 health care benefits provider is the second giant Canadian carrier to sign on with Connect Insure™ in less than two weeks

Global IQX, developer of the first Web-based group insurance marketing, quoting and enrollment service, today announced that Green Shield Canada has selected Connect Insure™ for its approved employee benefit advisors to quickly and effectively obtain group insurance quotes for small business clients. The announcement was made today at the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (CAIFA) Congress in Toronto.

Powered by the Global IQX Insurance Quotation Exchange Engine (IQX™), Connect Insure will provide an instant quoting service free to employee benefit advisors across Canada that have an Internet connection and appropriate licensing. Currently, benefit advisors can spend up to 4 to 6 weeks sending plan specifications to a variety of carriers and preparing spreadsheets to outline options and comparisons. The Connect Insure service will streamline the quoting process in real-time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
